Shipping days
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday – Friday.
Free shipping on all orders over $140
This must be to a single delivery address within New Zealand.
How long before my goodness arrives?
Generally South Island orders are received within 1-2 days.
North Island usually takes 2-4 days to be received.
If you need your Gift Box delivered super quick, please contact us and we will certainly do our best to help.
Please note: these timeframes are not guaranteed and are estimates based on our experience.
We cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date however, we do offer our ‘Don’t Open Until…..’ stickers which can be placed on the outside of the shipping box and makes it clear what date the gift is for. We also cannot be held responsible for the recipient completely ignoring this sticker & opening the box in a frenzy of excitement!
Where can’t we ship?
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
If you would like your delivery to be made to a rural address, there is an additional charge.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses which have been supplied or non-delivery due to unsafe access.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we are only shipping within New Zealand however, it is on the cards in the future.
Where is the best place to send to?
We do recommend sending your Gift Box to the recipient’s home or work address. It’s best to send it where you know someone will be to receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for your package once it has been delivered.
Hospital Deliveries – please don’t
It has been our experience that it’s best to wait until people are home from Hospital before you send a Gift Box. Hospitals are super busy places and patients are often moved within wards and/or discharged early. We would be really disappointed if your parcel didn’t reach your special someone.
Tracking your Box of Goodness
Once your order has been dispatched from The Gift Curator packing room, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
